You can purchase at the very venue ticket booth when there is a performance schedule.
- Operating Time :
- Possible from 2 hours before the performance starts (Please refer to the detail page of performances as the times of performances are different)
Homepage & Mobile : Possible to reserve 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Reserve performances after accessing the homepage, joining the membership

Guide of Cancellation/Refund Cancellation Fee Period Rate of cancellation fee Until 10 days before the performance- Until 10 days before the performance Refund of whole amount (no fee) 9 days before the performance~Until 1 day before(Until 17:00) Deduct 10% of the ticket price 1 day before the performance(After 17:00)~ The very day of watching Impossible to refund, change or cancel - You can cancel or refund your reservation until 17:00 of the day before watching the performance.
- You cannot change or refund after the closing time of performance cancellation.

When cancelling on the very day you reserved, full refund is possible until 3 days before the performance.
* But, 10% fee may be imposed even at the cancellation on the very day of reservation from 2 days before the performance until before the closing time of 1 day before the performance.
※ In the case of a package ticket, it shall apply on the basis of the first performance day of the configuration of the relevant package, and cancellation fee shall apply as the total amount of payment for the package.

- Receipt of Mobile Ticket

Customers who reserved at the homepage can enter after receiving the performance ticket through their mobile device.
They may recognize the mobile ticket barcode activated on the very day of performance at the entrance of the venue, and then enter the venue.
※ Any customer who needs to check discount evidence can enter the venue after checking the evidential material at the ticket booth, and activating the mobile ticket barcode.
- Receipt at the Spot of Ticket Booth

You can enter the venue after presenting the reservation number, identification card, and evidential material to the employee at the ticket booth on the very day of watching the performance, and receiving the ticket at first hand.
